SKIPLOADER Specifications
The equipment is designed to lift the containers are made according to DIN 30720 on its platform mounted on the chassis truck and transport. It also dumps the containers to discharge its content.
Design is made according to DIN 30723. Equipment consists of a platform, two loading arms, landing legs and hydraulic and pneumatic installation.
PLATFORM A
sub-frame with cross members is made to suit the chassis truck. Specially formed side members Enclose the platform. The landing legs at the rear end are connected to side members. Platform is made from checquered steel. There are side and front stoppers centering the container.
LIFTING ARMS
There are two robust lifting arms to lift the containers on the platform and to tilt them to discharge. Lifting arms are connected to each other to synchronize movement.
There are lubricated bronze bushing at rotating joints. There are chains on the lifting arms to lift the containers. Specially formed hooks are used to lift containers. There is pneumatically actuated hook to hold the containers during tipping.
LANDING LEGS
There are two landing legs at the rear of the equipment to provide the stability during the container lifting. Legs are controlled independently and functioned hydraulically.
HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC INSTALLATION
Hydraulic gear pump is connected to PTO. PTO is controlled from the cab. When PTO is engaged, engine is accelerated automatically.
There is a lever controlled three spool hydraulic valve controlling two landing legs and lifting arms. there are four double acting hydraulic cylinders, two for the landing legs, the others for the lifting arms. hydraulic cylinders are made from honned tubes according to DIN 2391 C and chrome plated rods.
There are suction and return line filters, temperature and level indicators, breathing filling tap cover and ball valve on the hydraulic oil tank.
There is a dual over center valve on the hydraulic installation to provide proper working during container lifting and placing on the platform. All tubes are according to DIN 2391 C and the hoses are according to SAE 100 R2. Tipping hook is moved pneumatically with a double acting pneumatic cylinder and manually controlled by means of a two position pneumatic valve.
