Vehicles

Our vehicles  meet Kurdistan class regulations for each vehicle type and comply with standard Motor Vehicle Safety (MVS) requirements. All vehicles undergo scheduled documented inspections, with inspection reports kept on file with the field supervisor.

We have a ‘Preventative Maintenance’ and ‘Daily Inspection Program’ for all vehicles in place prior to the commencement of the contract, and we maintain compliance documentation.

Our Vehicles have assigned dedicated drivers with current licenses for each class of vehicle and registered for access approval to assigned locations.

Drill cuttings

are the broken bits of solid material removed from a borehole drilled by rotary, percussion  , or auger methods. Boreholes drilled in this way include oil or gas well, water wells, and holes drilled for geotechnical investigations or mineral exploration.

The drill cuttings are commonly examined to make a record (a well log) of the subsurface materials penetrated at various depths. In the oil industry, this is often called a mud log.

Drill cuttings are produced as the rock is broken by the drill bit advancing through the rock or soil; the cuttings are usually carried to the surface by drilling fluid circulating up from the drill bit. Drill cuttings can be separated from liquid drilling fluid by shale shakers, by centrifuges, or by cyclone separators, the latter also being effective for air drilling. In cable-tool drilling, the drill cuttings are periodically bailed out of the bottom of the hole. In auger drillng , cuttings are carried to the surface on the auger flights

Service

Cubic cleans the cuttings pits by treating the hazardous materials then disposes/moves the remain sludge in safe way.

Waste bins / skips constructed from steel plate with a hinged lid for disposal access. All hinged lids fitted with a designed mechanism that prevent the lid of the bin closing unexpectedly. All bins have identifier markings (colour or language) indicating waste stream use. (e.g. glass, metal, plastic etc.). Cubic Engineering is responsible for the unloading of all waste bins,

Waste oil store in an approved tank/vessel supplied by Cubic Engineering. The tank/vessel constructed to design for storage and transfer hazardous waste and include engineered and certified lifting points for movement by crane and movement by forklift. The tank fit with a gauge that indicates volume and has a discharge valve with a meter that verifies discharge volumes at the receiving facility.

Evaporation technology offers the simplest and most effective approach to industrial wastewater minimization. Cubic Wastewater Evaporators are able to handle a wide range of waste streams simultaneously and are a great option for manufacturing processes that may expand or change in the future.

Many companies that generate industrial wastewater are hauling their water for disposal at a high cost per gallon. Other companies are treating the wastewater, often with labor and chemical intensive processes, and are having to adhere to increasingly strict discharge limits to their local sewer authority.

Cubic offers  an  alternative  to  hauling  and  treating  by  safely evaporating wastewater  to atmosphere at a dramatically lower cost.

The evaporation is the best option for Oil&Gas industries because of the hazardous material that are mixed with the water, H2S, Chlorine..etc.

RO system with Ultraviolet light water filters are a highly effective way to protect your water supply from dirt, bacteria, viruses, cysts, and many other organisms.

Any organisms passing by the light are destroyed. Ultraviolet systems do not add any dangerous chemicals to the water and are very easy to install and maintain.

To get best result we add normally Pre-Filter before the UV system to prevent the bacteria, viruses, cysts, and many other organisms (bigger than 5 micron diameter) from passing the filter to UV.
Cubic provides full treatment packaged into steel container for easy mobilization&demobilization.

Maintenance
Provide maintenance and repair to the well site water supply facility includes: Water wells complete with submersible pump, generator, associated electrical and piping distribution plus transfer lines to water reservoir pit. Provide and replace filters and lubricants for all generators.

The purpose of a water distribution system is to provide an adequate and reliable supply of safe water to its users. Operation and maintenance are those activities needed to continuously fulfil this purpose. The difference between operation and maintenance is that operation involves activities necessary to deliver the service, while maintenance involves activities that keep the system in good operating condition Operation includes monitoring the system state, running the system and enforcing policies and procedures. Maintenance entails condition assessment, servicing, repair and replacement of system components. When maintenance is done before a system element fails in order to prevent it from failing, this is called proactive maintenance. Maintenance done after a component failure is called reactive maintenance. Operation and maintenance of a water distribution system can be greatly affected by the system design and construction practices used. For instance, a design that specifies unsuitable pipe materials or pipes that are damaged during construction may lead to major future operation and maintenance problems for the system. Cost is a major factor in the provision of municipal services and thus it is important that operation and maintenance is done in such a way that the required level of service is provided at the minimum cost over the long term. It is often possible to save major costs in the future by using higher quality components or performing preventative maintenance, even though it will be cheaper not to do this in the short term
